Description

You will lead the design and execution of security monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, and automation solutions for SOC/CSIRT environments, applying AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring validation and human oversight. You will provide technology leadership across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, log management, integrations, migrations, and detection content operations. You will also translate business security requirements into target operating models, architecture designs, and transformation roadmaps, while mentoring consultants and supporting presales and practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver pragmatic solutions for security monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, and security operations (SOC/CSIRT)
• Use AI-driven approaches to improve detection accuracy, investigation speed, and response workflows
• Lead SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR and detection content operations, including integration and migration activities
• Advise clients by mapping complex security risks and requirements to target operating models and architectural designs
• Run workshops and present strategic recommendations to align teams with executive stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and review consultants to develop technical capabilities
• Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, effort estimation, and solution shaping
• Build reusable CDR frameworks, accelerators, service offerings, and delivery methodologies

Requirements

• Strong background in cybersecurity detection and response, SOC operations, incident response, or dedicated cybersecurity consulting
• Hands-on delivery experience across multiple CDR domains (e.g., SIEM, detection engineering, security automation, IR, governance, or target operating model design)
• Demonstrated track record leading cybersecurity engagements, complex workstreams, or multidisciplinary project teams
• In-depth understanding of AI applications within CDR, including limitations, security risks, validation needs, and human-in-the-loop requirements
• Experience contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and effort estimation
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and strong presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
