Description

Join a dedicated team building an AI-Native ERP from scratch. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will deliver complete features end-to-end—building an intuitive UI, stable business logic, and integrations. This is a greenfield project with high expectations for quality, security, and correctness of financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend for the new ERP system, including unit and integration tests

• Build safe, consistent, and auditable financial operations

• Own data modeling and transactional boundaries within your area

• Implement UI for your features based on UX/design-system inputs

• Work with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD in collaboration with a Software Architect

• Integrate business logic with AI solutions

• Iteratively develop features based on user feedback

• Make and document key technical decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Fullstack or Software Engineer

• Proficiency in at least one backend environment: Go, Python, C#, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js/TypeScript

• Strong frontend skills using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Angular, Ant Design)

• Practical experience designing and implementing APIs

• Knowledge of relational databases (preferred: PostgreSQL)

• Understanding of transactions, data integrity, concurrency, locks, and isolation levels

• Understanding of idempotency, retries, and partial failure handling

• Ability to create unit and integration tests

• Practical experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and CI/CD

• Ability to diagnose issues using logs and application data

• Experience iterating on features based on user feedback

• Daily use of AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot)

• English level at least B2
