Description

Lead a Hematology and Oncology care program using a value-based care approach, bridging gaps between traditional oncology visits. Provide clinical support primarily via telemedicine and NP escalations, with no home visits. Manage a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, NPs, and supportive care staff.
