Description

You will help modernize and extend an application by developing new features and gradually refactoring existing modules toward a new architecture with a strict separation between frontend and backend. The frontend work focuses on building a clear, responsive UI in pure React with Tailwind CSS, while the backend is implemented in PHP using the Nette framework and clean modular patterns. You will also design and connect REST APIs between the separated frontend and backend, including migration of legacy Bootstrap components into the new Tailwind-based design system.

Responsibilities

• Develop new functionality and modernize existing modules

• Build responsive UI in pure React using Tailwind CSS

• Implement modular backend logic in PHP/Nette using DTO, Services, Controllers, and Dependency Injection

• Convert older Bootstrap-based components into the new Tailwind design system

• Design and connect REST API endpoints between frontend and backend

Requirements

• Good knowledge of React.js (pure React, modern hooks, component approach)

• Experience with Tailwind CSS styling (awareness of differences vs. Bootstrap is a plus)

• Solid knowledge of PHP and the Nette framework

• Experience with clean application architecture using Dependency Injection (DI), DTO, Services, Controllers

• Knowledge of Git

• Responsible approach to code, clean architecture mindset, and modularity
