Description

You will build and extend user-friendly interfaces and backend business logic for an AI-enabled HR SaaS platform. The role includes developing APIs and functionality with Node.js/Fastify and MongoDB, taking features from idea through technical implementation to release, and improving usability, performance, and reliability. You will also write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer support; you may contribute to ML components and gradually expand into deployment, CI/CD, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement frontend user interfaces with Vue 3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap

• Develop and extend APIs and business logic with Node.js and Fastify using MongoDB

• Take new features from initial idea through implementation to publication

• Write automated tests, contribute to code reviews, and maintain clean, maintainable code

• Optimize existing features for usability, performance, and reliability

• Work with product development, sales, and customer support to turn requirements into practical features

• Optionally support ML components and gradually take on deployment, CI/CD, and operations

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or relevant practical experience (frontend and backend)

• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with a modern frontend framework, ideally Vue.js

• Experience with Node.js, APIs, and databases (Fastify and MongoDB are a plus)

• Confident with Git, interested in clean code and structured tests

• Independent working style, team spirit, and willingness to contribute ideas

• Willingness to learn, including deployment and DevOps fundamentals (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher) and machine learning; prior experience not required
