Description

A respected hospital on the Southern Oregon Coast is seeking an experienced Permanent Onsite Manager, Case Management & Social Services.

Candidates must be a nurse or Social Worker with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. The CNO is looking for at least 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital and 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the case management and social services function
• Support and manage teams within the organization that report into the CNO

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; must be a nurse or Social Worker
• 5+ years progressive healthcare case management experience in an acute care hospital
• 3+ years leadership experience
