Description

A small acute care hospital in Eastern Washington is seeking a Surgical Services Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate has previous nurse leader experience with 5+ years in surgery and GI and will report to the Director of Perioperative Services while overseeing 27 FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead surgical services
• Oversee perioperative operations for 27 FTEs
• Report to the Director of Perioperative Services

Requirements

• Previous experience as a nurse leader
• 5+ years of experience in surgery and GI
• Rural healthcare experience highly preferred
