Description

This position has overall responsibility for operational management of the Case Management Department, including staffing, budgets, and plans. Responsibilities include overseeing coordination of clinical care—medical necessity, appropriateness of care, and resource utilization for admission, continued stay, discharge, and post-acute care—aligned with evidence-based practice and internal/external requirements. You will also oversee department operations (staffing, scheduling, education, budget), perform data gathering, analysis and reporting, remain current with relevant case management practices, and participate in meetings related to quality, operational, and financial improvement.
