Description

Locum tenens Radiation Oncologist coverage for adult patients in New York. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with sporadic after-hours call, supporting 15–18 treated patients per day and 2–4 new consults per week. IMRT and IGRT are required, with a job share alongside an existing physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology care for adults only patients

• Manage ongoing treatment caseload and deliver radiation treatment using IMRT/IGRT

• Evaluate new consults (2–4 per week)

Requirements

• Experience performing IMRT and IGRT procedures

• Ability to work Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with sporadic after-hours call

• Experience/comfort treating adult-only patient populations

• Ability to job share with an existing physician
