Description

Locum tenens Interventional Radiologist needed for a West Virginia facility. You will cover a Monday–Sunday schedule with call and weekend call, managing ~6 patients per day while supervising APPs and residents and performing advanced IR procedures across hepatobiliary, vascular, and oncology-related care.

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive IR procedures including biliary, nephrostomy, TIPS, and Y-90
• Conduct embolization, TACE, aortic placement, and thrombolysis
• Perform biopsies (bone, thyroid, lung, liver, renal)
• Provide venous access, PICC placement, and IVC filter placement/retrieval
• Lumbar puncture with myelogram and arthrograms preferred

Requirements

• Available for Monday–Sunday schedule with call and weekend call coverage
• Ability to supervise APPs and residents
• Experience performing the listed extensive interventional radiology procedures
