Description

Build scalable, high-performance frontend and backend solutions using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies. Lead Node.js backend development and modern frontend work (e.g., React), improving performance, reliability, security, and observability across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions
• Lead technical decisions in Node.js backend development and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues
• Participate in and drive code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical improvements
• Improve observability, monitoring, logging, and error handling
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of Node.js server-side development experience
• 2+ years of experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g., React)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with database technologies (ideally NoSQL DBs and MongoDB)
• Experience using and integrating the latest AI coding technologies (e.g., LLMs, Model Context Protocol, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Strong problem-solving ability in complex systems and large codebases
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work self-driven
