Description

Ensure the continuous airworthiness of a helicopter fleet in line with EASA Part-CAMO, including ownership of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP) and maintenance planning. Evaluate and implement airworthiness-relevant requirements such as Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and technical changes (STC/MiC), while maintaining correct configuration management and technical document traceability. Serve as the technical interface between CAMO, Part-145 maintenance organizations, flight operations, and aviation authorities, supporting compliance topics, audits, and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous airworthiness of the fleet per EASA Part-CAMO requirements
• Own and continuously optimize Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP) and maintenance planning
• Assess and implement airworthiness-relevant requirements (AD, SB, STC/MiC)
• Ensure proper configuration management and integrity/traceability of technical records and airworthiness data
• Act as a technical interface between CAMO, Part-145 maintenance organizations, flight operations, and aviation authorities
• Support compliance matters, audits, continuous improvement measures, and provide technical advice for complex maintenance topics

Requirements

• Degree in aerospace engineering or comparable technical field, or a valid EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 license with relevant experience
• Multi-year experience in Continuing Airworthiness (Part-CAMO) and/or helicopter maintenance under Part-145 with strong EASA regulatory knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge of helicopter systems; Airbus Helicopters (H135, H145, AS350) experience preferred; Bell 206/407 or AW109 desirable
• Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and modifications including ICA from STC/MiC
• Experience with technical configuration management and airworthiness management
• Proficiency with LTB400 (or similar aviation maintenance system) and routine work with technical documentation
• Excellent German and English skills in speech and writing
