Description

You will contribute to daily operations while also automating, optimizing, and advancing the organization’s on-premises infrastructure. The role emphasizes stable, available, and secure systems, with responsibility across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, GitLab workflows, Linux server management, and root-cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD: design, administer, and optimize pipelines for build, testing, and deployment

• Kubernetes: administer clusters and deployments, perform troubleshooting, and further develop the environment

• GitLab: work with GitLab CI/CD and repositories; collaborate with development teams

• Linux: administer, configure, update, and monitor servers

• On-premises infrastructure: operate, maintain, and develop the internal environment

• Handle operational/technical incidents and investigate their causes

• Collaborate with developers and other IT teams on projects and deployments

• Participate in efforts around stability, availability, and security

Requirements

• Experience administering on-premises infrastructure

• Good knowledge of Linux servers (configuration and administration)

• Practical experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD

• Experience with containers and Kubernetes

• Basic orientation in system and application security

• Ability to work with technical documentation in English

• Independence in solving problems and drive to find root causes

• Minimum high school education with a high-school diploma; university degree is an advantage

• Experience in a similar position
