Description

You will co-create the vision and architecture for a modern Customer Data Platform (CDP) that supports AI solutions and customer personalization. The client is currently defining the platform direction and needs your expertise to recommend best-fit technological approaches and actively shape the overall concept, with potential later involvement in implementation and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the vision and architecture of the CDP platform

• Analyze the existing data landscape and integrate multiple sources into one ecosystem

• Recommend technologies, tools, and architectural patterns for the new solution

• Design data architecture that supports the development of AI agents and GenAI use cases

• Collaborate with the AI solution development team and business experts

• Support decisions on building an in-house system vs using ready-made platforms

• In later stages, contribute to delivery and deployment of the proposed solution

Requirements

• Experience in designing or implementing CDP solutions

• Hands-on knowledge of data architecture, system integration, and data platforms

• Experience working with large datasets and Big Data environments

• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, LLMs, and using data to build intelligent agents

• Knowledge of vector databases and/or semantic search, or modern AI-enabled data architectures

• Ability to recommend and evaluate market solutions and define architecture from scratch

• Proactive consulting approach; ability to run strategic technical discussions
