Description

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using modern models on Google Cloud Platform. Perform fine-tuning and optimization of LLMs (and other generative models) for industry use cases, and build GenAI/NLP applications. Create scalable AI solutions on GCP, including distributed processing and retrieval-based approaches (RAG) with vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using modern model approaches

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for industry-specific applications

• Build applications leveraging GenAI and NLP

• Build scalable AI solutions on GCP using distributed processing tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into AI-based solutions

• Participate in GenAI research and development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience

• Practical experience developing AI and Generative AI applications

• Excellent Python knowledge

• Framework experience: LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers

• Knowledge of fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering

• Experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI

• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps best practices

• Experience with data pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), and RAG

• Strong teamwork and communication skills; comfort working with international clients

• English proficiency for daily written and spoken communication (B2/C1)
