Description

You will take a key role in the technical overall responsibility and further development of a customer contact platform built on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You will design and implement scalable, integrated solutions across the full lifecycle—from idea and architecture through to implementation—while coordinating stakeholders and delivery streams.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and design of the customer contact platform based on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 CE
• Develop scalable, integrated solutions and integrate them into the organization’s system landscape
• Concept and implement standards-based solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure
• Cover the entire lifecycle from idea and architecture to implementation
• Provide functional direction for sub-projects or team members and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Ensure effective collaboration across business, development, and architecture
• Work closely with BizDevOps teams and other architects
• Actively apply agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum
• Ensure solutions meet the highest security and regulatory requirements
• Actively shape the platform’s ongoing evolution and team collaboration

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT qualification
• Several years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure (ideally in integrated enterprise environments)
• Strong ability to collaborate with developers; experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders/streams or having taken on technical leadership responsibilities
• German: C1 (fluent), English: B2
• Confident, assertive appearance with diverse stakeholders
• Structured, holistic, analytical thinking for sustainable solutions in complex contexts
• Experience with agile ways of working such as SAFe and Scrum is advantageous
