Description

An opportunity for a clinically strong pharmacist to step into a management role in Drug Use Policy. You will oversee a team of nine pharmacists across Drug Use Policy and Antimicrobial Pharmacy, leading clinical initiatives and pharmacy projects while developing and implementing medication-use policies and guidelines. The schedule is Monday through Friday with approximately one weekend of inpatient staffing per month.
