Geriatric Medicine Physician (Internal Medicine)

• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 am – 5 pm with shared after-hours phone call
• Associate Center Clinical Director role with direct patient care and leadership duties
• Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in an outpatient setting
• Manage a patient panel focused on older adults with acute and chronic conditions
• On-site services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Doppler, Echo, and EKG
• Additional on-site capabilities include spirometry, nerve conduction studies, and blood work
• Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required

Description

This position combines direct geriatric patient care with clinical leadership in an outpatient practice. You will lead and mentor primary care providers and manage a patient panel addressing both acute and chronic conditions in older adults. The practice provides on-site diagnostic services to support timely evaluation and care.
