Description

Work within a DevOps team to deploy, integrate, operate, and maintain solutions across cloud and customer environments. Drive automation, improve system reliability, support customer deployments, and maintain operational excellence throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain solutions in cloud, virtualized, and customer environments

• Manage and support cloud-native applications on GCP and Kubernetes

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation tooling (including Helm and automation tools)

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning

• Support CI/CD processes using GitLab

• Integrate solutions with customer networks, backend systems, and third-party services

• Contribute to solution design, deployment strategies, and operational readiness

• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and acceptance plans

• Execute testing, customer acceptance activities, and knowledge transfer

• Collaborate with development, validation, support, and project teams to ensure delivery

• Participate in on-call support rotations and manage technical risks

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Systems Administration, Integration Engineering, or Software Support

• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Public cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS acceptable)

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD automation (including Helm)

• CI/CD support using GitLab and DevOps best practices

• Proficiency in Shell, Python, or Perl scripting

• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, routing, DNS

• Experience with Git and version control systems

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
