Description

Join a team developing LPP brand mobile apps where the product card is a key decision point for customers. You will design and implement Android platform solutions using modern Android stacks, improving conversion and cart value. The role includes collaborating with product, analytics, UX/UI, and iOS, and sharing expertise within the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android mobile applications by designing and implementing Android solutions

• Develop and evaluate A/B experiments on the product card with the Product Owner and analytics team

• Perform technical analyses and recommend optimal solutions

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality

• Collaborate with the iOS team to ensure consistency across platforms

• Work with UX/UI to implement Figma designs using the design system and tokens

• Profile and optimize app performance

• Create and maintain unit tests

• Share expertise and promote good engineering practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience building commercial Android applications

• Very good Kotlin knowledge, including Coroutines and Flow

• Very good Jetpack Compose knowledge: state management, lazy layouts, and recomposition performance

• Experience integrating the app with REST APIs

• Ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements

• Ability to profile and optimize Compose screens

• Experience designing state for complex Compose screens

• Experience designing Android architecture (layers, DI, modularization) and being able to justify architectural decisions

• Experience working with Git

• Ability and willingness to share knowledge and support other team members

• Interest in new mobile trends and technologies

• Polish: C1; English: B2
