Description

You will support the modernization and replatforming of critical banking systems Kondor+ and Fusion Risk. The role focuses on automating CI/CD processes, building and maintaining container environments, and automating infrastructure. You will implement GitOps, deployment strategies (Blue/Green and Canary), monitoring/observability, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD) to improve delivery speed and quality

• Automate build, test, and deployment steps for Kondor+ and Fusion Risk applications

• Implement a GitOps approach

• Create and optimize Dockerfiles

• Manage deployments, scaling, and applications on container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible

• Configure and manage Linux servers

• Implement monitoring tools and log analytics

• Apply security best practices

• Design solutions with end users in mind

• Implement Blue/Green and Canary deployments for production upgrades

• Create clear documentation of solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial DevOps experience with business applications and microservices

• Practical CI/CD and GitOps knowledge: Jenkins (Jenkinsfile, Groovy, Shared Libraries), GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, and Istio for microservice deployment, scaling, and management

• Knowledge of IaC: Terraform and Ansible

• Knowledge of Python, Bash, Git, and Linux server environments

• Knowledge of Blue/Green and Canary deployment strategies

• Experience in migration or modernization projects

• Experience with monitoring and log analysis

• Ability to design, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines and identify inefficiencies

• Knowledge of security best practices and user-focused solution design

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
