Description

Design, review, and execute comprehensive tests for a PCIe switch solution across configurations and use cases. You will create test scenarios and test cases, automate testing primarily in Python, and review design/functional specifications and user documentation for correctness and clarity. You’ll collaborate with development and multi-site teams to run test activities and manage multiple releases and projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and review test scenarios, test cases, and test automation

• Review development design and functional specifications

• Execute testing activities and work closely with multi-site developers and testers

• Review user documentation to ensure it accurately documents product functionality

• Prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks, projects, and releases

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters of Engineering with at least 2 years of hands-on test experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

• Excellent communication skills; critical thinker and self-starter

• “Break feature mentality”

• Engineering mindset to develop thorough test cases

• Strong PCIe experience testing with understanding of: PCIe Config Space, Link Training, ACS, Hotplug, Virtualization, P2P, BMC interaction, AER/DPC, Backplanes

• Experience using Python automation scripts for primarily network and system-level programming

• Annual base salary range: USD 82,500 to USD 132,000
