Description

Work as a Family Medicine Physician in an outpatient setting with clinical autonomy supported by a large non-profit system. Choose to manage an independent patient panel or work in a collaborative co-panel model with an Advanced Practice Clinician, with dedicated weekly admin time for sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients across the lifespan
• Manage an assigned patient panel (independent) or collaborate in a co-panel model with an APC
• Participate in an equitable call rotation (6–7 weeks per year outside normal business hours) supported by nurse triage screening
• Work within a team environment with nursing and administrative support
