Description

Help create proof-of-concept and demo solutions for internal teams and clients. Collaborate with senior colleagues to translate business needs into technical tasks, design and implement agentic workflows, and build and maintain RAG pipelines (ingest, embeddings, search, and vector databases). Integrate LLMs via Python, APIs, databases, and internal systems; test and improve prompts to increase answer quality and reduce hallucinations.

Responsibilities

• Build PoCs and demonstration solutions for internal teams and clients
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks with senior colleagues and clients
• Design and implement agentic workflows
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines (document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector database)
• Integrate LLMs into applications using Python, APIs, databases, and internal systems
• Test and improve prompts for higher-quality responses and fewer hallucinations

Requirements

• Basic experience with GenAI/LLMs (school, internships, or personal projects)
• Python proficiency for scripting, data handling, and API integrations
• Basic knowledge of at least one framework: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Ability to explain technical topics simply; strong teamwork and client collaboration
• Fluent English and Czech/Slovak; German is a plus
