Description

Design and deploy stable AI agents for specific business scenarios. Test new AI tools, workflows, and prototypes, and tune prompts, agent architecture, and AI outputs. Work in Python and build intelligent systems using embeddings, retrieval methods, context, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new AI agents for concrete business scenarios

• Test new AI tools, workflows, and prototypes

• Tune prompts, architecture, and AI agent outputs

• Develop in Python with libraries for agent design and implementation

• Contribute to the creation of intelligent systems

• Learn and apply embeddings, retrieval methods, prompts, context, and vector databases

• Help turn ideas from prototype into working solutions

Requirements

• University degree

• Czech C2 (native-level)

• English B1 for professional communication

• Strong interest in AI and continuous experimentation with tools

• Technical mindset; understanding of code, APIs, data, and AI concepts

• Fast learner (senior AI or classic developer experience not required)

• Enjoys testing, debugging, and investigating why results succeed or fail
