Description

You will act as a technical system administrator for the customer’s Atlassian tools and applications. The work includes planning, coordination, and follow-up to ensure functional and technical requirements are met, in close collaboration with developers and system owners. You will also support competence transfer and participate in migration assessments (including potential migration to Atlassian Cloud).

Responsibilities

• License management of Atlassian products

• Design and implement user access controls

• Implement new configurations (e.g., SSO, incoming mail, integrations between Atlassian products, clustering)

• User support: guidance, configuration changes, training for products and third-party apps

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Confluence/Jira/Bitbucket and upgrades to new versions

• Cleanup of old Jira projects, inactive users, and configurations

• Automation for Jira (Jira Automations) and ScriptRunner using Groovy scripts for Jira and Confluence

• Integrations with external systems (e.g., Slack, Teams, CMDB, ServiceNow, external Jira instances)

• Data migration from external Jira/Confluence instances into internal Atlassian tools

• Provide input for value assessment and risk assessment of the products

• Participate in assessments for migration to Atlassian Cloud and possible migration activities

• Support economic planning and follow-up (budget/accounting)

• Work with governance/management documents, system documentation, reporting, planning, agreements, and cross-system coordination; follow up deliveries
