Description
Join an academic Child & Adolescent Psychiatry faculty program to contribute to clinical care, medical education, scholarly activity, and academic medicine. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and help teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students, including participation in Psychiatry Grand Rounds with CME credit.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site clinical care in Austin, Texas
- Teach and mentor Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellows, psychiatry residents, and medical students
- Contribute to scholarly activity and academic medicine
- Participate in Psychiatry Grand Rounds with CME credit
- Engage in committee involvement and professional development
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in General Psychiatry
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry; become board certified within two years of fellowship graduation
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- On-site clinical presence in Austin, Texas
