Description

Serve as the Director of the HLA Laboratory program, supporting a high-volume tertiary care center and Level I adult and pediatric trauma services. Responsibilities include interpreting HLA typing, performing HLA antibody screening, and conducting virtual/physical crossmatching, along with clinical consultation for the solid organ transplant program. Maintain compliance standards, manage laboratory operating procedures, and provide on-call coverage for clinical pathology services.
