Description

Support and develop Atlassian Data Center platforms—Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Implement new business processes including workflows, forms, and automations, build integrations, and handle performance, upgrade, and security topics. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support end users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Data Center environments

• Implement business processes: workflows, forms, and automation

• Build and improve integrations with internal and external systems

• Diagnose and resolve performance issues and ensure platform continuity

• Perform upgrades and security-related activities

• Support users and analyze submitted business requirements

• Create and update technical and administrative documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian Data Center

• Very strong knowledge of Jira Software Data Center, Jira Service Management Data Center, and Confluence Data Center

• Practical knowledge of Assets (Insight)

• Very strong knowledge of ScriptRunner, Groovy, Atlassian REST API, and Atlassian Automation

• Experience designing and configuring workflows, screens, forms, and schemes

• Ability to create scripts and automations supporting business processes

• Good at analyzing business requirements and mapping them to technical solutions

• Ability to diagnose performance problems and ensure continuous operation of the environment
