Description

Join an engineering team to co-create, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and IT systems for client needs. Work with modern tools, technologies, and software engineering methodologies following best practices and international standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience while building strong German/English communication skills and interest in AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and develop applications and IT systems tailored to client needs
• Implement software using high-level programming languages and modern frameworks/tools
• Contribute to real project tasks in an international team environment

Requirements

• Active student in at least the second year of a relevant field (or completed courses/practical IT steps)
• Initial experience with object-oriented programming languages, ideally Java or Python
• Experience in a similar role (e.g., internship)
• German communication at B2 level
• Good command of English
• Analytical and independent mindset
• Interest in AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI agents)
• Basic understanding of LLMs, typical failure modes, and ability to validate AI-generated output
