Description

Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. You will manage and configure Oracle Financials modules, support accounting/finance users through key close cycles, and troubleshoot issues while driving process improvements. The role requires strong accounting expertise (CPA preferred) and direct involvement with SOX compliance and system changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and implement Oracle Financials modules in ERP Cloud

• Support users for day-to-day activities, month-end, and year-end processes

• Research and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Ensure SOX compliance by documenting system and permission changes

• Document and improve existing accounting processes

• Monitor Oracle Fusion releases and stay current on new functionality

• Provide user training on system functionality and processes

• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely resolutions

• Perform data cleansing as needed to improve reporting and processes

• Apply creative solutions to complex problems

Requirements

• Significant accounting background (CPA preferred)

• 10+ years supporting Oracle, with at least half on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud

• Experience with system financial audits and controls

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort working with finance and accounting users at all levels

• Deep knowledge of GL, GIS, AP, and Cash Management (Procurement preferred); Order to Cash is a plus

• Basic understanding of role structures

• Familiarity with OTBI and basic Oracle table structures

• Experience documenting and performing training

• Ability to design, propose, and document dynamic solutions

• Experience supporting day-to-day and close activities in end-user environments

• Strong project prioritization and ability to adapt to an evolving environment

• Experience in Global, Multi-Entity, Multi-Currency environments required

Compensation

Base pay range: $180,000 to $190,000; may be eligible for a bonus.
