Description

Travel Speech-Language Pathologist needed to support adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting in Virginia. This assignment starts soon and follows a schedule of 8:00am–4:30pm. OASIS experience, at least 1 year of home health experience, and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in home health
• Complete documentation and patient care records using OASIS

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• OASIS experience required
• BLS certification required
