Description

Travel as a Physical Therapist in a hospital-based acute care setting supporting adult and geriatric patients. The assignment is 13 weeks, working day shifts (4x10-hour) with one weekend per month and starting soon. Documentation is completed in EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an acute care hospital setting

• Treat adult and geriatric patients

• Maintain clinical documentation using EPIC

Requirements

• BLS certification

• Acute care/hospital experience

• Community hospital and trauma level experience preferred
