Description

You will develop, expand, and maintain Ruby and Ruby on Rails systems, building new functionalities and optimizing performance. You will analyze system logs, diagnose critical issues, identify technical debt, and document changes and business logic. Work within Scrum/Kanban and support the development and maintenance of CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, extend, and maintain Ruby and Ruby on Rails systems

• Create and deliver new features

• Analyze system performance and implement optimization changes

• Identify and systematically reduce technical debt

• Analyze logs and event records, especially during incidents and critical problems

• Diagnose issues and collaborate with the IT team to resolve them

• Collaborate on development and maintenance work

• Document changes and business logic

• Work according to Scrum/Kanban methodology

• Participate in processes for CI/CD environment development and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Ruby/Ruby on Rails Developer

• Very good knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ERB

• Experience with Tailwind CSS and JavaScript

• Knowledge of SQL and databases MySQL and PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of Docker, Linux, and Nginx

• Very good knowledge of Git and GitLab

• Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI

• Experience with CI/CD

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
