Description

Build and maintain robust React UI components for a scalable design system, ensuring performance and WCAG-aligned accessibility. Diagnose, fix, and optimize bugs across the component library and its tooling ecosystem, and collaborate with design and platform teams. Leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) to automate development tasks and improve agent workflows with prompts and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain UI components aligned with the design system and accessibility standards
• Diagnose, fix, and optimize bugs across the component library and tooling ecosystem
• Integrate and leverage AI coding agents to enhance development workflows and improve tooling
• Collaborate with design and platform teams to meet performance, WCAG, and usability benchmarks
• Develop and deploy UI-related agent skills to automate and streamline development tasks
• Improve tooling and development processes for scalability and consistency
• Evaluate and enhance AI-agent workflows, including prompts and guardrails, for efficient code automation

Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend development experience, with strong focus on React and TypeScript
• Proven expertise building UI components, design systems, or component libraries at scale
• Solid experience with CSS-in-JS (or similar styling architectures)
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience developing accessible components
• Hands-on knowledge of Claude Code or comparable AI coding agents, and ability to guide AI effectively in large codebases
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Fluent English
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
