Description

Support the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions. You will gather requirements, run workshops and fit-to-standard analysis, configure SAP functionality, and provide troubleshooting and user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to collect requirements
• Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance
• Participate in business workshops and perform fit-to-standard analysis
• Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain functionality
• Prepare project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users
• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality and SAP Activate methodology
• Background in relevant business domain processes
• In-depth understanding of SAP SD (org structure setup, order management, outbound scheduling, status profile, credit management)
• Expertise in ATP
• Expertise in pricing, outputs, and printing forms
• Proficiency in OTC, returns, and special processes (customer consignment, STO, third-party processing)
• Familiarity with interfaces (IDocs), 3PL integration, and enhancement techniques (user exits, enhancement points, BAdIs)
• Understanding of SAP Fiori Launchpad customization
• Ability to work independently and in an international project team
• English B2
