Description

You will design modern Data & Analytics architecture and support the transformation toward cloud-based analytical solutions. The role includes defining architectural standards, advising delivery teams, and ensuring architectural consistency across delivered components. You will also support the integration of Databricks with an existing Oracle and SAS-based data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Design modern analytical systems architecture with domain and business architects and project teams
• Define architecture standards and reference patterns supporting Data & Analytics platform development
• Support integration of the Databricks cloud environment with the Oracle/SAS-based data warehouse
• Design and develop automation processes for building and maintaining data solutions using CI/CD
• Use GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio Code to support automated development workflows
• Provide technology guidance to project teams
• Ensure architectural coherence and synergy across delivered solutions

Requirements

• Experience designing data warehouse and BI platform architecture
• Ability to define architectural standards and mentor technical teams
• Practical knowledge of hybrid architectures (on-premise + cloud)
• Knowledge of data modeling and designing data flows
• Experience defining and implementing SDLC processes for Data & Analytics solutions
• Knowledge of DataOps practices and automation for build and maintenance
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage
• Strong knowledge of Oracle data platforms (Oracle Exadata is a plus)
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting software development, including GitHub Copilot
