Description

You will develop into an IT engineering expert through a dual B.Sc. program focused on energy infrastructure, digitalization challenges, and how sensors, robotics, and data enable new products while supporting reliable power supply. The program blends foundational engineering and computer science with deeper training in digital technology, computer architecture, and software engineering. You will also gain specialist knowledge in IoT and Industry 4.0 and learn project planning, execution, and control methods.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply fundamentals of engineering sciences and computer science
• Build expertise in digital technology, computer architecture, and software engineering/architecture
• Develop competence in Internet of Things and Industry 4.0
• Work on solutions for digitalization challenges and related problems
• Learn development tools and methods for project planning, execution, and control
• Gain hands-on experience at Quickborn and Rendsburg and act as a link between technical and business areas
• Attend lectures at the Sustainability Campus of Nordakademie in Elmshorn
• Optionally complete a study abroad semester or gain practical experience during a placement
