Description

You will complete a B.Sc. dual program in Informatics/Business Informatics with hands-on experience in real IT projects. The role focuses on maintaining networks and server systems, supporting IT endpoints and IT support, and working with central IT applications. You will also help implement and run interfaces between on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Support network components, server systems, and directory services (e.g., LAN, AD, mail, VoIP)
• Support IT systems and end devices and assist with IT support
• Manage central IT applications (e.g., campus management systems, websites, SAP)
• Implement, operate, and further develop interfaces between IT applications (on-premises, cloud, hybrid)
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on introduction and change projects
• Learn modern computer technology, communication systems, and software, supported by theoretical lessons in mathematics and logic
• Use practical methods to develop and test IT solutions independently
• Gain exposure to future technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cloud computing

Requirements

• General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) with (very) good grades in Mathematics and German
• Interest in working with IT hardware and IT software and their real-world application scenarios
• Independent, structured working style; willingness to learn; teamwork
• Performance drive, responsibility, and reliability
• Adaptability and motivation to realize practical projects
