Description

Work as an ICU Clinical Pharmacist on a 7-on/7-off night schedule supporting an Internal Medicine team in an acute-care setting. The role combines clinical rounding, pharmacokinetics, and antimicrobial stewardship, with direct collaboration with physicians and care teams. You’ll also help educate future pharmacists through precepting and mentorship of residents and PharmD students.
