Description

Design, develop, and deploy data-driven features that enhance the customer omnichannel journey, improve personalization, and optimize the digital and retail experience. Build AI-first solutions using coding agents and LLMs in the development workflow, and apply LLMs directly inside analytical products for automated insights, product/content tagging, and recommendation/personalization logic. Visualize results for stakeholders and work with Azure, Databricks, PySpark, and the latest AI tooling while keeping humans in the loop and ensuring data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy data-driven features for omnichannel personalization and digital/retail optimization
• Use coding agents and LLMs to prototype faster and shorten the path from idea to production
• Implement LLM capabilities inside analytical products (automated insights, tagging, recommendations/personalization)
• Visualize findings clearly for stakeholders at all levels
• Work on an Azure/Databricks/PySpark stack with current AI tooling
• Validate model/agent output with humans in the loop and uphold data governance
• Deliver tangible impact on the shopping experience of millions of customers

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience in a similar Data Scientist role is preferred
• Familiarity with technologies such as Azure, Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI
• Ability to work independently and keep timelines
• Ability to manage complexity with attention to detail
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English
