Description

Manage and deliver treasury-related projects within the department using PMO practices for documentation, scope, resources, and risks. You will support automation efforts and regional system implementations, assist with testing, and work with developers and business users. You’ll also analyze liquidity and transaction settlement processes and maintain a project portfolio, including Excel macros.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently (documentation, scope, resources, risks)
• Support process automation and deployment of new regional systems
• Support testing of implemented solutions
• Collaborate with developers and business end users
• Analyze operational processes for liquidity monitoring and settlement of money market and interbank transactions to identify remodeling opportunities
• Create and maintain a project portfolio within the area
• Create and maintain Excel macros for the area (both requested and proactively proposed based on prior analysis)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum licentiate)
• 3+ years of experience in PMO structures or supporting/executing/managing projects
• Professional English proficiency
• Very strong MS Excel skills for project data work, reporting, and analysis
• Work experience in finance (knowledge of finance, banking, and financial market operations)
