Description

You will help evolve a platform that automatically generates qualification evidence documents directly from live system state, eliminating manual documentation work while maintaining strict audit standard compliance. You will integrate the platform with external document management systems (DMS), and expand/maintain the evidence chain according to the agreed classification. The work follows a specification-first approach, including proposing architecture solutions with the Platform Owner.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform capabilities for automatic generation of qualification documents from live system state

• Integrate the platform with external documentation management systems (DMS)

• Extend and maintain the evidence chain in line with the established classification

• Work specification-first and propose architectural solutions with the Platform Owner

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering

• Very strong professional knowledge of Rust

• Experience in document generation and templating

• Understanding of GxP standards to interpret and implement audit requirements

• Experience integrating with DMS

• Proficiency with AI coding tools/agents or willingness to learn them within the first 2 weeks

• Excellent written English enabling the creation of precise regulatory documentation

• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (initially 1–2 days/week in office), with option to move to remote later
