Description

You will help develop a platform that automatically generates qualification documents based on the current state of the system, instead of preparing them manually. The work takes place in a regulated environment, so quality, proper documentation, and audit/GxP awareness are essential. You will implement document generation and templating, integrate with document management systems, and develop in Rust to professional quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop the platform and its qualification-document generation mechanisms
• Implement solutions that generate qualification documents directly from system state
• Create and evolve document generation and templating mechanisms
• Integrate the solution with Document Management Systems (DMS)
• Develop software in Rust following professional quality standards
• Work using a specification-first approach
• Propose technical and architectural solutions while respecting architectural ownership
• Use AI tools that support daily programming tasks
• Prepare technical documentation in English aligned with regulated-environment standards

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of commercial IT/software development experience
• Very good practical knowledge of Rust
• Experience in document generation and templating mechanisms
• Experience integrating with a Document Management System (DMS)
• GxP knowledge sufficient to understand audit requirements for systems and documentation
• Ability to use AI coding agents, or willingness/ability to achieve proficiency within up to 2 weeks
• Ability to work from specifications in an environment with clearly defined architectural ownership
• Very good written English for communication and documentation in a regulated environment
