Description

You will join a long-term project in a large organization to develop and maintain the Azure DevOps environment. Responsibilities include standardizing SDLC processes and designing/optimizing CI/CD pipelines. The role requires a proactive, independent consultant approach—proposing the best solutions through close collaboration with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Azure DevOps environment
• Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Onboard new projects and users
• Administer permissions and support users
• Standardize SDLC processes
• Collect requirements from business and technical teams
• Verify teams’ compliance with adopted standards
• Create technical and process documentation
• Support preparation of test environments
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to evolve the DevOps platform

Requirements

Must have

• Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps (Projects, Repositories, Boards)
• Experience with Azure DevOps Server
• Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML, Templates, integrations)
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD processes
• Strong SDLC knowledge and experience standardizing processes
• Ability to automate using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience collaborating with end users (support, onboarding, training)
• Ability to collaborate with business and lead technical consultations
• Independence and initiative in proposing solutions

Nice to have

• Experience in large (Enterprise) organizations
• Knowledge of DevOps Governance and Compliance topics
• Experience with backlog/requirements processes and project settlement/reporting
• Experience preparing test environments
• Experience delivering projects in regulated environments
