• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (40 hours/week)

• Duration: 11 weeks (June 1 – August 13, 2027)

• Location: Dallas, TX

Description

Laboratory Interns will shadow laboratory professionals to learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations, while assisting with non-testing tasks such as specimen organization and workspace preparation. Interns also participate in approved mock testing and basic laboratory techniques under supervision and support approved laboratory projects while following all safety and compliance SOPs.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology bachelor’s degree program

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures

• Interest in laboratory science and the diagnostics industry

• Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts

• Initiative and ability to work independently under general supervision

• Professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Preferred: rising juniors and seniors graduating Dec 2027–Jun 2029 (all related current students encouraged to apply)
