Description

As a Senior Manual Tester, you will plan and execute manual testing across multiple stages of software development, ensuring comprehensive coverage for critical business processes. You will design and maintain test scenarios, cases, and test data, perform functional/integration/regression/exploratory and end-to-end testing, and conduct extensive API testing to validate integrations. You will analyze results, report defects clearly, collaborate to find root causes, and verify fixes through regression testing while continuously improving testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual testing activities across software development stages
• Design and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned with requirements
• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
• Conduct API testing and verify system integrations
• Analyze test results and report defects to development teams
• Investigate issues with developers and analysts to identify root causes
• Verify fixes through regression testing to ensure system stability
• Improve testing processes, standards, and practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional manual software testing experience
• Strong expertise in API testing (Postman or similar)
• Hands-on experience testing web applications and complex business processes
• Practical knowledge of AI-powered testing tools (Claude or Codex) for analysis and process enhancement
• Broad understanding of testing types: functional, integration, regression, exploratory, end-to-end
• Ability to independently plan, organize, and execute testing activities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration
