Description

You will help design, develop, and deliver high-quality cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clean code, robust architecture, and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and develop features using best software development practices

• Ensure clean code and clean design

• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs

• Create technical and user documentation

• Cooperate with the team to track performance and needs

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics and provide metrics to management

• Participate in setting up, improving, and implementing development processes

• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven engineering experience in SAPUI5, BTP, and HANA

• Background in SAP CAP, Node.js, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.io)

• Experience as a team leader focused on cloud, SAP, and architecture; mentoring an organization of 10+ people

• Proficiency in design principles and microservice architecture

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js

• Work experience or theoretical knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database, and SAP CAP (Java, Node.js)

• English proficiency level B2 or higher
