Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, enterprise-grade Atlassian platforms. You will architect governance, permissions, and security models, deliver Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud (Jira and Forge) projects, and build secure integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD). You will also support Jira Cloud migrations and enhance Agile and ITSM workflows through automation.

Responsibilities

• Design a scalable Atlassian platform architecture
• Lead implementation projects for Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud (Jira and Forge)
• Define governance, permission, and security models
• Architect integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines
• Build automation using REST APIs, Atlassian Forge, and Automation for Jira
• Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations
• Optimize Agile and ITSM workflows
• Run stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian products
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in Jira Software, Atlassian Cloud, and Jira Data Center
• Proficiency in REST APIs, workflow design, and automation
• Knowledge of SSO and IAM
• Skills in SQL, scripting, and integration platforms
• Background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Competency in business process mapping and stakeholder management
• English level B1+ for effective communication
