Description

Design, implement, and optimize secure enterprise Atlassian platforms. Lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud (Jira and Forge) projects, define governance/permissions/security models, and architect secure integrations and automation. Provide technical leadership to improve Agile and ITSM workflows and support Jira Cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Atlassian platform architecture

• Lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud (Jira and Forge) implementation projects

• Define governance, permission, and security models

• Architect integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines

• Build automation using REST APIs, Atlassian Forge, and Automation for Jira

• Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations

• Optimize Agile and ITSM workflows

• Run stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian products

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

• Expertise in Jira Software, Atlassian Cloud, and Atlassian Data Center

• Proficiency in REST APIs, workflow design, and automation

• Knowledge of SSO and IAM

• Skills in SQL, scripting, and integration platforms

• Background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies

• Familiarity with ITIL practices

• Ability in business process mapping and stakeholder management

• English level B1+ for effective communication
